Tools for Winter recorded program
This is a pre-recorded program of 10 yoga practices inspired by the winter period and the needs of the body and mind throughout the season.
Winter is a period when nature rests. Our bodies and minds are part of nature, so we would also need rest. And its ok. However, daily life is much more than that and we are called to find the energy to continue action through the sleepy mode of nature, body and mind. The practices of this program aim to respect the ryhthm and feelings that rise through this season, and support us in observing, accept, or even use them. Our goal is to preserve the energy, as nature does through winters of thousand years.
The program includes 10 recorded practices {gentle hatha yoga, breathwork, yoga nidra}, between 20′-45′ each.
You receive the 10 recorded practices as links upon registration. The program uses the platform Zoom.
You can practice at the time and space of your convenience.
The cost of participation is € 40/person.
To participate you will need to register by sending an email to [email protected]. The registration is completed upon payment via bank transfer or iris payments. Access to the program opens on Monday, February 4.
